I purchased the Dramatised version of the NIV Bible for iPod in February of 2010. I particulary like the way it brings the Bible narrative alive allowing for greater enjoyment in the stories but also a deeper understanding of the ways that God has worked and is working in peoples lives. Excellent.

This is a great audio bible. I play it every night, right through the night. It's awesome - it has a way of drawing you in. If I wake in the middle of the night, its so great to be *there*. When I'm away and can't play it, I really miss it when going to sleep! Try it!

I am a busy mom of 3 young kids and sitting to read the Bible is a huge challenge. Even finding a quiet moment to listen is a challenge but I can definitely do it more often. I had a bit of trouble getting it to iTunes because I didn't listen to the instructions. Once I did, it was a breeze!

Actually I found it only okay. Some of the speakers speak too fast and without feeling. I was really sorry I didn't purchase the KJ version by Alexander Scorby. I rarely listen to what I purchased because I must listen toooo carefully and cannot digest all that was said because of the pace.

I am very pleased with my choice of audio Bible that I installed on my iPod I listened to it for hours as I drove across Montana and again on my way home driving across Wyoming It is handy to listen to scripture referred to by my alarm clock of Chuck Swindoll or David Jeremiah as I drive to work as I dont often make the time to sit and read my Bible I also keep my iPod on my nightstand to listen to on those nights that I cant fall asleep The NIV Audio Bible is a GREAT choice for me

I received my copy of ths product fairly promptly considering it was an international purchase. It makes very easy access to the Word of God when you are not perhaps in the mood for reading. There is a very good mix of voices to suite the passages read. Music a bit heavy in places.

I love this audio Bible. I cannot drill down to the verse level but it would be too cumbersome on the MP3 player anyway. The voices are pleasant to listen to - not too theatrical - not too monotone. And the background music is subtle, not distracting. Love it!

I haven't been able to figure out how to convert the files so I can upload the bible to my iPod. It would be nice if the product recommended what software to purchase so this can be done. I have to listen to the bible on my computer or my car (MP3 disk player in car).

A great version if you are going to just sit and listen. But we wanted a series we could listen to while living, this isn't it. It's a nice version, but the voices increase and decrease in volume, so the loud voices prevent increasing the volume, but the quiet voices are missed.

When loaded on an mp3 player it consist of a single album with 1259 sequental tracs that can only be navigated sequentally. It is not possible to seclect individual books of the bible without starting from the beginning.

This one is not overly dramatic. Having different voices rather than one helps my comprehension. If you have never tried an audio Bible, I highly recommend trying it. I loaded all of the files on my MP3 and listen to it through my car audio system on the way to work most days.

This NIV version is word for word from the Bible. It's also dramatized with music and some sound effects which really makes it easy to listen to. It is the best I've ever heard. Much better than some mellow voiced person who reads the word in a droning kind of lullaby way. You'll not be disappointed.

I purchased the mp3 version of the Dramatized NIV bible. I love the introductions of each book. I've learn a lot about the characters in this way. The dramatized music gives me the sense of being there during ancient times. The only issue I have is some of the chapters skip.
