voice is easly to listen to and understand. the only revised nlt voice only audio bible i could find. however it is not entirely voice only. there is some music in the background at some points, but it has not been distracting so far. i just wish they would have said that there was some music.

I bought this series for my wife who drives 60 miles to work. She wanted something to listen to besides radio commentaries and advertisements. She enjoys this series, but is anxiously awaiting the NLT Chronological version. We both find this version very understandable in our current language.

I enjoyed the audio of the Bible, I found myself listening to it more often than I really thought that I would. I have already listened to over half of the Bible and I am amazed at the small items I have forgotten about over the years. I really enjoyed this version.
