I appreciate very much the Bible narrated by Mike Kellogg. Years ago, we purchased the New Testament during a tour in the USA and now I bought also the Old Testament. I put it on my Iphone and listen to it almost every time I go for a walking time in the forest. Mike Kellogg is so easy to listen to.

I enjoy Mike Kellog's reading of the Scripture. It makes ingesting the Word of God even more delightful. I like that I can LISTEN to chapters or books that are normally hard to focus on, and my brain stays on gear.

I believe this is the best NLT audio Bible available anywhere. Mike Kellogg’s voice is easy to listen to and the multi voice cast and sound effects are well done. I own many audio Bibles, but this one is at the top of my list.

I had some difficulty at first trying to buy the correct device to download this product. After downloading it successfully, I have listened to it almost 12 hours a day. I don't know how I ever got along without it!!

I purchased this product a couple of months ago and listened to much of the Old Testament and several books of the New. It is an enjoyable and good way to review the Bible on long walks. I would recommend this and other Bible from Audio Bibles. I want to write more, but the screen won't let me.

You can really feel the presence of the Holly Spirit as the narrator Mike Kellogg reads this very easy to understand translation of the Lord's Holy scriptures. I would recommend this product for anyone who wants to more deeply understand the Word of God.

This has been a wonderful addition to my morning drive to work. My sister keeps taking my cd's. I think I might purchase another set to give to her for her up and coming birthday. The narration helps make the Word come alive and brings you into feeling and seeing the Word through your imagination.

The New Living Old and New Testament Version reads,sounds and is understandable as any conversation we may approach today. We can join in and not feel we had been out of place.
Mike Kellogs reading voice is as believable, conversational and relaxed as he is not aware it is a narration at all.

My work hours are so long I have trouble staying awake at night to read. I do not like the instructions because I don't understand a lot of the terminalogy. I need step-by-step instructions in simple terms I can follow.

Mike Kellogg reads out the bible in an absolutely splendid manner. His anointed voice is extremely powerful and brings to life the entire bible verse by verse. There certainly cannot be anything better to hear other than the greatest story ever told, especially when told by Mike Kellogg.

i love to listen to mike kellogg. i love his reading of the bible. however i am sorry to say i cannot figure out how to load it on i pod only half will load and written part not at all. all i can do is wish it worked. wish i was eltronic smart. i guess i could pay someone to load it for me

Mike Kellogg has a great speaking voice. The NLT is probably the best version to listen to. This recording is well worth the investment. However, there can be little problems, and they are little, in copying the files and it does take some time to get them fixed. All in all, great.

Just possibly one of the finest Bible narrations available today. Mike Kellogg understands what he is reading and that comes through with his cadence and inflection. One minor negative, the latest revision of the NLT is not available with M. Kellogg narrating. Even then, you won't be disappointed.

I have always enjoyed Mike Kellogg's voice and presentation so I like this product for that reason. The NLT has been revised so I wish Mike would record it again with the newer more accurate version. The file structure could also be improved to make it easier to navigate.

Really enjoyed listening to this product. The reading voice was excellent and the version made understanding Gods Word very easy.
Since I researched, listened-to, and now own a dramatized Bible with multiple voices and complex sound-effects, this one just does not deserve the name dramatized.

Mr. Kellogg does an excellent job but the other characters reading their parts is unrealistic and annoying. Also, on my mp3 player, the beautiful background music is broken and therefore distracting.

FYI - this is the first version of the NLT, not the 2004 update. The first version had a significant number of translational issues that were resolved in the second edition.

My four sons and I are listening our way through the Old Testament, and reading along at the same time. For the first time, I actually understood the flow of argument in the book of Job! (Instead of wondering what they were talking about). And Mike Kellogg is a listening delight.

Mike Kellogg's reading is the only one I've found that seems like the reader actually beleves what he is reading, as opposed to just reading plain text. Now, if I can only find the same reader for the NIV...

It is easy to download it to your IPod. The sound quality is fantastic. Easy to look up any chapter. The actors and the music really brings the bible to life. The translation makes it easier to understand and an enjoyment to listen too. I love having it and would recomend it to everyone.

The reading is good but the background is distracting I wish it could be played with the background and let the text shine. I knew it was there from the online trial but did not think it would be so distract so much. It is no doubt the trendy way to please the younger generation.

I love Mike Kellogs narration..He has a wonderful voice..I used to have the CD version but times have changed, so I purchased the MP3 version..The audio bibles are a real blessing, easy to drag and drop into my MP3 player. Even to e-mail verses. I highly recommend this product!
