I find it relaxing and can listen at your leisure. I would suggest it to anyone and everyone. Submitted by kathleen peoples of Austin, Texas I purchased the tapes for my mother who is enjoying them so much. She is constantly telling me how she loves to listen to them each night right before she goes to bed. she also enjoys the narrators voice.
