    NKJV Audio Bible for IPod voice only

    I purchased this item for my husband who just loves to listen to the bible & used to go through many sets of audio cassettes, but when he went out walking he would have to carry extra tapes, batteries etc & there was always a chance of the tape being destroyed in the machine. He just loves it.

    I am satisfied with the Audio Bible I purchased. It has been fruitful in listening to the Living Word! The narrator is easy to listen. I listen to it mainly on my ipod touch and findit easy to navigate to which specific book I want to listen to.

    Good buy, but the voiceovers are annoying.

    This is the only non-dramatised NKJV I could find, and as such I am glad I bought it. The voice is neither theatrical nor overly stoic; Biblical names are well pronunced; both stories and Paul's theological arguments are well voiced. However, voiceovers are common (0.5-1x/chapter) and annoying.

    I love this product! It makes getting more of the bible in so much easier. The words are clear, you listen while exercising, cleaning etc. listen to the word any where! It's awesome!

    Not what I was looking for

    The reading is great, quality is excellent, but the disk on which the New Testament is located starts with several books of the Old Testament. I have an older player that doesn't allow me to see a menu and, since I want to listen to the NT as I go to sleep, this format is very inconvenient for me.

    Very nice except.....

    I like this version very much. Being in MP3 gives me more flexibility on how I listen. I can listen on the computer, CD in the car, MP3 player or anything that will play MP3's. The down side is that the last couple of words are cut off of each chapter by the announcement of the next chapter.
